I open between 2-3 slots for custom drawings every month (that depends of the complexity of them) I like dedicate the time necessary on every drawing so meanwhile I can't take orders. You can stay tuned to re-opens or just convo me asking :)

DreamSight's Shop Policies

Hi! Im Marta Morales. im a fantasy artist who lives in Spain and this is my little shop called DreamSight.

I hope you like my art and my products ^^ I think people can have pretty and unique things for an affordable price. All my products are done with love and dedication.

Payment

I only accept payment via PAYPAL. Why? Because it's easier for both solve problems that we could have.

Please, the payment must be made within 3 days otherwise I will cancel your transaction. The Items not paid will be re-listed.

You can cancel your purchase only before I shipped to you and i will refund your money.

Shipping

Estimated time of shipping is 5-6 days within Spain, and 6 to 20 days to the rest of the world.

the items will be shipped 1-3 days after the payment and only will be send Mondays to Saturdays mornings. So If your purchase is done the Saturday afternoon, will be send the Monday's morning.

I send your product on a priority mail. If you want a tracking number will have a recharge of 3$. I recommend pay the certificate with Original art because if it lost, I can`t send you another exactly one.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm not responsible for any damages during shipping but if you have a problem, please contact me immediately and we'll find a solution ^^

My items are not waterproof. So if you do something "weird" with them is by your own responsibility.

If the item is damaged with the normal use and it's break or take off, just contact me and we will find a solution. I try get the best quality on the items, but remember that is handmade and some things may not be perfect.

Additional Policies and FAQs

The purchase don't transfer the rights of the image. The ©Copyright sill being property of the artist, Marta Morales.
All the purchases will be for home use, non commercial.
