Hello Darling! Vintage brings you vintage pieces from London, UK, and Australia that are 100% fabulous!
We endeavour to photograph and describe the condition of each piece as accurately as possible so that you know what to expect. We research each item if unsure of its size, vintage or other details. Vintage pieces are often pre-loved and, as such, may show some wear-and-tear consistent with their age and use.
Every item of clothing and footwear arrives to your door ready-to-wear. Unless otherwise stated:
- Every item of clothing is washed in delicate wool/silk wash;
- Pure woollen coats and silk ties are always professionally dry-cleaned;
- Leather shoes are gently cleaned with quality polish.

Destinations & Carrier
We ship worldwide from London, UK and The Hunter Valley, Australia using:
- From the UK: First Class Royal Mail for domestic orders, or Standard Airmail for international orders, unless otherwise stated.
- From Australia: Standard Australia Post for domestic orders, or Standard Airmail for international orders, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that standard shipping does not include insurance or tracking.
We package all items carefully in either padded postal bags or sturdy boxes. Delicate items are wrapped in bubble-wrap for extra protection. In the spirit of recycling we reuse postage boxes and packing such as bubble-wrap or foam chips, whenever possible.
We charge only for the cost of packaging and shipping charged by the post office. We then convert this into US dollars using www.xe.com.
We are happy to arrange shipping discounts for multiple items, please just ask.
We package carefully and post promptly. We usually dispatch within a couple of days of receiving your order. Normally, we take no longer than five working days to dispatch.
During busy shipping times (Christmas and New Year) or holiday times, parcels may take longer to dispatch. Thank you for your patience at these times. We will always let you know when we plan on dispatching your order.
Domestic orders usually take from one to three working days to arrive. International orders usually take five to ten working days to arrive. However, please allow plenty of time for international orders (between 1-4 weeks), as it can take some time. Orders to the USA can be subject to increased security checks, so your patience is appreciated.
During busy shipping times (Christmas and New Year) or during times of extreme weather, parcels may take longer to arrive. Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
If you would like to receive your order ASAP then please convo us with your request. Every attempt will be made to get the item to you on time but express delivery may be necessary, which is also available for an extra fee.
International customers please note, custom fees and import taxes may be applicable and payable by the purchaser, depending on your location.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. We try our very best to ensure that you love your purchase.
Should you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Most packages arrive at their new home without any problems at all. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible (within seven days of receiving your order) so that we can work it out.
We want you to love your purchase, but in the rare case that you change your mind, regrettably, we can not issue a refund.
For items damaged in the post
In the unlikely event that damage has occurred during transit, refunds will be issued.
Please make contact with us and send photographs of the damage within 24 hours after the parcel arrives.
For items lost in the post
Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds for orders that have become lost in the post. We will, however, be happy to help by lodging a claim with Royal Mail / Australia Post. We promise to refund any compensation they provide to us.
Insurance and 'signed-for' post can be purchased at buyers request. Please convo me to arrange this before placing your order.
Should any orders be returned to me marked 'Undeliverable', unfortunately we can not cover the cost of re-delivery.
In this case we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. The buyer is responsible for the cost of additional postage.
We want you to love your order, but in the rare case that you change your mind, regrettably, we can not issue a refund.
